All our workshops follow the same format. We start off with a yoga session, followed by the creative part of the workshop - storytelling through art, crafts, writing and photography. At the end of every workshop we have a relaxation and meditation session where we allow our experiences to sink in. The length of each component depends on the overall length of the workshop. For instance for a 2-hour workshop the yoga session would be about 30 minutes and relaxation about 5-10 minutes while for a longer workshop yoga may be about 45 minutes or an hour and relaxation would be about 10-15 minutes. The yoga and meditation components always link with the overall theme of the workshop, in order to tie in and reinforce the given topic.
